2.1 Information Collected During Registration

When you sign up through social login (Google, Naver), the following information is collected:

  • Email address
  • Name (nickname)
  • Profile image (optional)
  • Social account unique ID

2.2 Information Collected During Access Pass Payment

When purchasing a premium access pass, the following information is collected:

  • Payment method information (card issuer, card type)
  • Payment approval number
  • Payment amount and date/time
  • Access pass start and expiration date
  • Order number (for transaction identification)

Secure Payment Processing: Payments are processed through SeedPay payment gateway. Sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers, CVC, and passwords are not stored directly by the Company and are securely managed by the payment gateway.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

The following information is automatically collected when you visit our website:

  • Browser type and version
  • IP address
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Operating system information
  • Device information (mobile/desktop)

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

  • Member identification and service provision
  • Premium access pass management and payment processing
  • Access pass expiration notifications and service-related announcements
  • Improving and personalizing our services
  • Analyzing and understanding user behavior

4. Data Retention Period

Member personal information is retained for the following periods:

  • Member information: Until membership withdrawal (deleted within 30 days after withdrawal)
  • Payment information: Retained for 5 years in accordance with e-commerce law
  • Access logs: Retained for 3 months in accordance with communication privacy law

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track website activity and store certain information.

7. Payment Information Processing

7.1 Information Stored by the Company

  • Order number and transaction ID (TID)
  • Payment amount and payment status
  • Card issuer name (e.g., Samsung Card, Hyundai Card)
  • Approval number
  • Payment date and time
  • Access pass type purchased (1-month/3-month)

7.2 Information NOT Stored by the Company

  • Full credit/debit card number
  • CVC/CVV security code
  • Card PIN/password
  • Card expiration date

8. Data Security

We implement the following security measures to protect your personal information:

  • Data transmission protection through SSL/TLS encryption
  • Secure server environment (Vercel, Supabase)
  • Access control and authentication systems
  • Separate payment information management through PG

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Mobile App (Android) — Additional Provisions

These provisions apply to the TrendSoccer mobile app (the same provisions will apply to iOS at launch). Effective: 2026-10-01

App-1. Personal Information Collected Through the Mobile App

When you use the TrendSoccer mobile app (the "App"), we collect the following information.

1) When you sign up or log in (required)

  • Google or Naver account login: name, email address, and the account identifier issued by the login service

2) Information collected automatically while you use the App

  • Device information: advertising ID (ADID), app instance ID, device model, operating system version, app version
  • App usage records: screens visited and features used, match reports viewed, sign-up method (Google or Naver)
  • Purchase records: subscription product, payment amount, payment currency
  • Connection information: IP address and the approximate location (country/city level) inferred from it
  • App performance information: app launch time, crash rate and other diagnostics, and error records when the App crashes (crash logs, error location, device model, OS version, app installation ID)
  • Push notification token (only if you allow push notifications)

We do not collect payment card numbers or other payment instrument details. In-app purchases are processed by the Google Play billing system.

App-2. Outsourcing of Processing and Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information

To provide the App, we entrust the processing of personal information to, or transfer it to, the parties listed below. Information is transmitted over an encrypted network connection (TLS) at the time you use the App.

  • Google LLC (Firebase Analytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config) — Country: United States / Items: app instance ID, device information, app usage records, push notification token / Purpose: usage analytics, sending push notifications, distributing app configuration / Retention: until account deletion or termination of the service agreement
  • Google LLC (Firebase Crashlytics) — Country: United States / Items: crash logs, error location, device model, OS version, app installation ID / Purpose: analyzing app errors and improving stability / Retention: 90 days from collection
  • Google LLC (AdMob) — Country: United States / Items: advertising ID, IP address, app usage records, diagnostics / Purpose: serving ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud / Retention: until account deletion or termination of the service agreement
  • Google LLC (Google Play Billing, Google Sign-In) — Country: United States / Items: purchase records, Google account identifier / Purpose: processing in-app payments, login authentication / Retention: for the period required by applicable law
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — Country: United States / Items: advertising ID, device information, app usage records (sign-up method, report views), purchase records (amount, currency) / Purpose: measuring ad performance and marketing / Retention: until account deletion or termination of the service agreement
  • Supabase, Inc. — Country: Australia (Sydney region servers) / Items: name, email address, login service identifier, subscription and purchase information / Purpose: storing member information and processing authentication / Retention: up to 30 days after account deletion (items that must be retained by law are kept for the legally required period)

How to refuse cross-border transfer, and what happens if you do

  • You may refuse cross-border transfer by deleting your account or by contacting us at trikilab2025@gmail.com.
  • Google Sign-In, member data storage (Supabase), and in-app payments are essential to the service. If you refuse these transfers, your use of the App will be limited.
  • You may refuse transfers for advertising purposes (AdMob, Meta) by stopping the use of your advertising ID as described in App-3. You can still use the App's core features in that case.

App-3. Personalized Advertising and Behavioral Information

We collect and use behavioral information to show ads in the App and to measure their performance.

  • Behavioral information collected: app usage records (screens and features used, report views), purchase records, advertising ID
  • Collection method: collected automatically when you open and use the App
  • Purpose: showing ads relevant to your interests, measuring ad performance
  • Businesses that collect and process behavioral information: Google LLC (AdMob), Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Retention period: 6 months from collection, or until account deletion

How you can control it

  • Android: go to Settings → Google → All services → Ads on your device to delete or reset your advertising ID. Menu names may differ by device manufacturer and OS version.
  • If you delete your advertising ID, personalized ads stop. Non-personalized ads may still be shown.
  • Paid subscribers do not see ads in the App.

App-4. Users Outside the Republic of Korea

TrendSoccer is operated by Tri-Ki Co., Ltd. in the Republic of Korea. If you use the App outside Korea, your information is processed in Korea and transferred to the countries listed in App-2 (United States and Australia).

  • Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at trikilab2025@gmail.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
  • Advertising and "sharing". We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share the advertising ID, app usage records and purchase records with Google (AdMob) and Meta for advertising measurement as described in App-2 and App-3. Under some laws (for example, certain U.S. state privacy laws), this may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time by deleting or resetting your advertising ID as described in App-3, or by contacting us.
  • Children. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.
