1. Agreement to Terms
By using TrendSoccer (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Registration and Account
2.1 Registration
- Registration is done through Google or Naver social login
- You must agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when registering
- Service may be restricted if you register with false information
2.2 Account Management
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Please notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account
- Sharing one account with multiple people is prohibited
3. Membership Tiers and Services
3.1 Membership Tiers
The service operates with the following membership tiers:
- Guest: View predictions 1 hour before match (limited)
- Free Member: View predictions 2 hours before match
- Premium: Access premium benefits through access pass purchase

- TrendSoccer Picks: curated high-probability match recommendations
- 24-hour early access to predictions
- Complete ad-free experience
- Unlimited highlights viewing
- Unlimited Proto calculator saves
4. Access Pass Purchase and Payment
4.1 Access Pass Types
- 1-Month Pass: Premium benefits for 30 days from purchase date
- 3-Month Pass: Premium benefits for 90 days from purchase date
4.2 Pass Activation
- Access passes are activated immediately upon payment completion
- Access passes are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions
- After the pass expires, your account automatically reverts to free membership
- To extend access, you must purchase a new access pass
4.3 Pricing
- Access pass prices are listed on the service pricing page
- Prices may change with prior notice
- All prices include VAT
4.4 Payment Methods
- Payments are securely processed through SeedPay payment gateway
- Credit card and debit card payments are supported
- Payment information is securely managed by the PG, and the Company does not directly store sensitive information such as card numbers
5. Refund Policy
- Access passes are digital services that take effect immediately upon purchase
- If you have not used the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds may be limited if you have a service usage history
- Refund requests can be made through customer service email
Note: Refund regulations for digital content apply in accordance with the E-commerce Act.
6. Promotions
- Promotional benefits are valid only within the announced period and conditions
- Promotions apply once per person and cannot be combined
- Misuse of promotions may result in benefit cancellation and service restriction
- Promotion terms may change or end without prior notice
7. Use of Service
7.1 Permitted Use
- Viewing football match analysis and analysis
- Accessing real-time match data and statistics
- Personal, non-commercial use
7.2 Prohibited Use
- Using the service for illegal purposes
- Attempting unauthorized access to the service
- Interfering with or disrupting the service
- Accessing through automated tools (bots, crawlers, etc.)
- Commercial resale of service content
- Sharing or transferring accounts
8. Content and Accuracy
Information provided by TrendSoccer is for reference purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee:
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of predictions
- Continuous availability of the service
- Absence of errors or bugs
Important: Our predictions are based on statistical analysis and should not be used as the sole basis for betting or financial decisions. We are not responsible for any losses incurred based on our predictions.
9. Gambling and Betting Disclaimer
Important Notice:
- Predictions provided are for informational purposes only
- We do not accept or process betting transactions
- You are responsible for complying with local gambling laws in your jurisdiction
- Gambling can be addictive - please gamble responsibly
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendSoccer shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- Loss of business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Betting or investment losses based on predictions
11. Service Suspension
The service may be temporarily or permanently suspended in the following cases:
- System maintenance or updates
- Force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances
- External API service disruption
- Account suspension due to terms violation
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We may also provide in-service notifications.
